Of the 11 dogs:
7 (2.5% of the total survey popula on) showed signs of mitral valve disease (a problem
with the valve in the le side of the heart).
1 dog had murmur located in another valve in the heart.
1 had developed at dilated cardiomyopathy (where the heart becomes enlarged and
floppy).
1 had a physiological flow murmur (benign murmur).
1 developed an abnormal heart rhythm (an arrhythmia).
